Bed linen, towels, and dishcloths are provided. The apartment is bright and comfortable, offering lovely views of vineyards, sky, and greenery. Situated on the first floor, it has been lovingly renovated and tailored to guests’ needs. The house contains three apartments: vacation rentals on the first and second floors, and the host lives on the ground floor. Its location in a traffic-calmed zone ensures a peaceful stay. A parking space for one car is available at the house. There is secure storage for e-bikes and bicycles behind a lockable gate. A bakery is just 100 m away, and the Dorfschänke Bachem with hearty local cuisine is 180 m away. You can reach the vineyards in 5 minutes on foot, the Ahr River in 2 minutes, and the historic center of Ahrweiler—with its medieval walls, pedestrian zone, market square, shops, restaurants, and cafés—in about 15–20 minutes. Bad Neuenahr is a 20–25 minute walk. With the guest card, you can use public transport free of charge. Please note: We are unable to accommodate families with small children.
